This employed Mortgage Advisor job gives you the opportunity to join a dynamic mortgage brokerage based in Chatham.Our client has a good flow of quality leads which will be provided to you, with little to no need to self-generate. Clients are generated from their professional introducers including IFAs, estate agents and long standing book of existing clients. Their clients have good mortgage sizes, therefore you will be regularly dealing with above average mortgage cases.You will be joining their small team of 5 consisting of Mortgage Advisors, Administrators and Compliance.To help you be an effective Mortgage Advisor, you will receive mortgage administration support post application to see the cases through to completion.Mortgage Advisor RequirementsYou need to have 2+ years experience advising on mortgages with CAS statusYou need to have experience within a mortgage brokerageYou need to have CeMAP or equivalentStrong & clear communicator able to speak with clients at all levelsThe CompanyThis busy mortgage brokerage is led by a Director passionate about helping clients achieve their dreams.
