What they’re looking for:
- Proven experience as an Architectural Technician (minimum 4+ years in practice)
- Excellent CAD skills (AutoCAD essential; Revit a bonus)
- Solid technical knowledge of UK building regulations and construction methods
- Ability to produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and tender packages
- Experience coordinating with consultants and managing technical aspects of projects
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
