Sr Product Manager – Tech, Transportation Engineering Systems

Our team, TITANS, builds the technology that enables configuration and planning automation to reduce operational overhead and increase velocity for network plan generation.
Key job responsibilities
You will lead the transportation network planning automation product roadmap, business requirements/user story definition and Go To Market rollout. This role is inherently cross-functional; you will work closely with software developers, supply chain planners, UI design, and finance to enhance the customer experience and deliver on product ROI. We are looking for a highly analytical, resourceful, customer-focused, team-oriented individual who has the ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. He or she will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
A day in the life includes leading high-visibility, cross-team initiatives including scoping, requirement gathering, technical design, implementation, and launch phases. This includes evaluating and recommending technical solutions to meet customer requirements, ensuring long-term scalability, and meeting project timelines.
Identify system and process deficiencies and lead the charge to drive meaningful change. This includes writing effective narratives and presenting them to Directors and VPs.
About the team
TESS manages transportation network configuration by working with different internal stakeholders and systems to deliver desired business outcomes. The North America Transportation Systems engineering team (TITANS) is a sub-org within TESS and owns the development of software products for configuration and transportation planning automation.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition– Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product– Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product– 3+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience– 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight– Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
