• Independentlyresolve70-80%ofcallsandticketsusingtechnicalexpertise.
• EnsureallservicerequestsmeetdesignatedSLAs.
• ProvidethoroughIdentityManagementsupport.
• EscalatecomplexissuestootherITteamsasnecessary.
• Developself-helpresourcestoenhanceuserindependence.

CandidateProfile:

• Minimumof2yearsinanITServiceDeskrole.
• ITorrelateddegreepreferred.
• CertificationssuchasCompTIAA+,Network+,Security+,andITILareaplus.
• StrongknowledgeofWindowsOS,MicrosoftOffice,andnetworking.
• Excellentcommunicationandteamworkskills.
