Chief Commercial Officer, Wealth Manager UK – £180,000 – £215,000 + bonus + equity
We’re working with a very well established UK-based Wealth Manager and as part of their strategic growth plans we are keen to find a game-changing CCO.
Reporting in to the CEO with a dotted line in to the PE Investor, this is a genuinely commercial role that will require someone with experience in growth strategy, acquisitions, organic sales growth and business leadership.

Key deliverables:
- Responsible for driving the commercial strategy of the business
- Lead initiatives for client acquisition, business development, revenue growth and market share growth
- Leading the strategy and execution of all acquisition activities
- Drive initiatives to maximize revenue across multiple channels, including advisory services, investment management, and financial planning
- Identify and pursue new revenue streams, business opportunities and partnerships
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing commercial team and their overall financial performance
- Work closely with the CEO and other members of the executive team to ensure seamless execution of business plans and strategic priorities
- Partner the PE investors to help deliver joint growth-goals
Experience Needed:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior commercial leadership role within wealth management, private banking, or a related financial services industry
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth, client acquisition and business & brand development
- Prior experience as a CCO or CEO is essential
- Proven experience of delivering product growth and sales strategy nationally and regionally
- Experience of operating in a Private Equity funded environment would be an advantage
- Experienced as leader who can inspire a team to success
