Role: Application Support Specialist

Location: Bedfordshire (Hybrid)

Start: ASAP

Salary: £55k+

Our market leading client within the Insurance industry are looking for multiple Application Support Specialists to integrate a number of platforms across the business

Key Responsibilities:

• Helpdesk Management
• Vendor Coordination
• System Configuration

Key Skills

Knowledge of any of the following platforms will be well received:

• ACTURIS
• NOVIDEA
• CONCORDE
• SALESFORCE

• 3-5 years of experience in technical or business systems support roles.
• Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving system performance.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, non-technical language for end-users and stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Insurance domain knowledge (desirable).

You may have previously been an Application Support Analyst, Technical Support Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Junior Business Analyst, Systems Analyst
