So, what will you be doing?

  • Reporting to the Head of Marketing Operations, you will support and implement ongoing marketing strategy and go-to-market plans including all new product launches and reactivations for existing core products.
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Maintain the marketing calendar and track campaign deliverables.
  • Partner closely with the Operations team to stay on top of stock for existing products and launches.
  • Write full briefs with clearly communicated objectives and liaising with all stakeholders across Marketing, NPD, Operations and Engineering to ensure the most effective marketing activity to improve conversion and impact.
  • Coordinate with channel teams, Creative Studio and Copy team to ensure all requirements are clear and in motion.
  • Assist in preparing performance reports and presentations for leadership.
  • Monitor and track project timelines, flagging potential delays.
  • Continuously and proactively communicate with all cross-functional stakeholders to keep them updated with key information (before, during, and after activities).
  • Curate and communicate real-time data and insights relating to all product launches and reactivations to find opportunities for optimisation.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitive campaigns when required.
  • Provide some team administrative support, including scheduling and meeting coordination.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve marketing workflows and processes.
  • Any other marketing projects or tasks that require support.
