Head of Learning and Development

We are looking for a Head of Legal Learning for a leading global law firm based in London. The Head of Legal Learning is a strategic role, working closely with the firm’s Partners, Senior Heads of Knowledge, Knowledge Lawyers and Senior leadership teams to drive the implementation of the firm’s practice-specific skills programme. You will manage the Legal Learning team and work with stakeholders to ensure that the strategic legal practice-specific learning objectives are met and delivered. The ideal candidate for this role will be an ex-lawyer that has moved into Learning & Development or a lawyer looking for a change in direction in their career and wants to focus on learning and development.
